Principle of detection: when oxygen molecules contact with the fluorescent substance in the fluorescent patch, the fluorescence signal emitted by the fluorescent substance is weakened. The attenuation degree of the signal is proportional to the oxygen content.
Detection method: one is to place the fluorescent substance in the sampling needle, and then insert the needle into the package for detection; the other is to attach the fluorescent patch with a diameter of about 10 microns in advance in the fluorescent funnel, and then collect the sample gas through the fluorescent funnel for detection.
Application Object
1、Top air/oxygen dissolved oxygen needle puncture detection, suitable for vials, infusion bottles, soft bags and other packaging types;
2、Sample gas detection is collected through a fluorescence funnel and is suitable for packaging types such as ampoules that are not suitable for needle insertion.
