Leak and seal Integrity Tester MC-D73

The equipment is specially used for the leak test that requires vacuum or pressurization, such as dyeing ingress method or Microbial ingress method in the pharmaceutical industry, and is suitable for the sealing test of various packaging containers such as vials, ampoules, ophthalmic bottles, BFS, infusion bottle and pre-filled syringes.

Work Principle

Dyeing ingress method: pour the dyeing solution into the internal cavity of the host to test all the samples immersed in the dyeing solution, vacuum or pressure to observe the color change of the sample, judge whether the packaging liquid leakage;

Microbial ingress method: pour the bacteria suspension into the internal cavity of the host to test all the samples immersed in the bacteria suspension, vacuum or pressure to observe whether the sample is long bacteria, and judge whether the packaging is liquid leakage.
