low voltage discharge method
Instrument: Japan Mutual - Argo series AJH-FD
Compliance with regulations: USP <1207>, EU GMP, CDE consistency evaluation
Using the latest low-voltage discharge technology, an electrode brush is used to place the sample on the detection table and apply a low voltage (below 10kV) to the sample so that the liquid inside the sample is charged. If the package leaks, the package will discharge and the voltage generated by the discharge is significantly higher than the background noise value. This method is completely nondestructive to packaging and internal drugs, and does not affect product stability. Ozone is basically not generated during detection, and it has strong detection ability (low conductivity liquid such as distilled water can also be detected), and strong anti-interference ability (a small amount of air layer in the packaging and a small amount of water on the packaging surface will not affect detection). This method is especially suitable for infusion bags, plastic infusion bottles and BFS packaging.
